Já estou há uma semana em Copenhaga e em breve sairá um post sobre isso, mas primeiro escolhi partilhar com vocês a minha última semana em Portugal!

Depois do sul, as minha férias continuaram em direcção ao norte. Tínhamos decidido passar uma semana num turismo rural perto de Braga e quando lá chegámos NADA tinha a ver o com a descrição do Booking (pensem toalhas rotas, sujas e um quarto pequeno sem ar condicionado para 4 pessoas e um cão)!

Assim, tivemos de resolver o problema e marcámos uma estadia no primeiro estabelecimento que aceitava cães: a Casa de Quintã! Este local surpreendeu-nos tanto pela positiva que merece um post só dedicado a ele! É uma antiga casa de família perto de Marco de Canaveses com um ambiente acolhedor e que nos faz viajar no tempo. Torna-se ideal para descansar e aproveitar para conhecer o norte de Portugal! Os quartos são espaçosos, a sala de pequeno-almoço trata-nos como Reis e há várias salas comuns onde se pode ler, conviver e até ver televisão. Os jardins são maravilhosos, o staff é muito simpático e a piscina de água salgada tornou-se o meu sítio preferido para relaxar! A cereja no topo do bolo foi mesmo poder levar o Spocky connosco, que acabou por se divertir tanto como nós! Em baixo deixo-vos algumas fotos do sítio e um dos looks durante esta estadia.

I've been in Copenhagen for a week now and soon there'll be a post all about it, but first I wanted to share with you my last week in Portugal!

After going south, our holidays proceeded in the north of Portugal. We had decided to spend a week in a rural tourism site close to Braga and, when we arrived there, it had NOTHING to do with its Booking description (think dirty towels with holes and a small room with no air conditioning for 4 people and a dog)!

Therefore, we had to fix the problem and booked a stay in the first place we found that accepted dogs: House of Quintã! This place surprised us so much that deserves a post dedicated just to it! It is an old family house near Marco de Canaveses with a cozy environment that makes us travel in time. It is ideal to rest and get to know the north of Portugal! The rooms are big, the breakfast room treats us like kings and there are several other rooms where you can read, chat and even watch TV. The gardens are marvelous, the staff is very nice and the swimming pool with salty water became my favourite place to relax! The cherry on top of the cake was that we could bring Spocky with us, who ended up having just as much fun as we did!
